WE ARE A YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

 

Jawala Scouts is a youth leadership development program for young Muslim boys and men, ages 7-16. Each scout group is intentionally limited to no more than fifteen members to ensure personalized guidance and integration into the program by our dedicated volunteer Scout Leaders. Our mission is to combine Islamic education, based on the teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah, with key values such as responsibility, courage, leadership, self-defense, and essential survival skills, insha'Allah.

At Jawala Scouts, we are guided by principles rooted in Islamic values, including responsibility, leadership, courage, and respect. These principles shape every aspect of our program, from how we interact with each other to how we face challenges, ensuring that each scout grows into a strong, moral leader, insha'Allah.

Holistic Development: We focus on nurturing the whole individual, combining  Islamic education with essential life skills like leadership, survival, and self-defense to prepare scouts for future challenges.

Personalized Guidance: With small close-knit scout groups, each member receives individualized attention and mentorship, ensuring they feel supported in their growth and development. 

Values-Driven: Our Program is built on the foundation of Islamic Values, encouraging scouts to practice responsibility, respect, and courage in both their personal lives and within their communities.
